DETAILS
Cover for the site you are working on including materials, the works you are carrying out, your own plant or plant that you have hired for the job. Cover is provided on an “All Risks” basis and will cover losses as a result of fire, flood, storm, malicious damage & vandalism, accidental damage and theft. Without this cover you will find that you or your client will be paying to repair or replace the damaged or stolen items from your own pocket.
LIMITS
Contract Works up to £500,000
Own Plant up to £50,000
Hired in Plant up to £50,000
Tools Cover up to £5,000 per person (a limit of £500 or 20% of the sum insured whichever is the greater applies in respect of any one tool)
Accidental Death £10,000 for any one event
*Please note that any existing structure(s) on the site or being worked on are not covered by this section and would need to be insured separately by the property owner.
